MMC Turnkey Construction is a locally owned, full-service general contracting firm based in Southeast Missouri, built on a foundation of hard work, family values, and a relentless commitment to quality. We specialize in delivering turnkey construction solutions for commercial and residential projects, from concept to completion.

Our journey began when our founder, Brooks Moore, seized an opportunity in 1991 to go into business for himself through leveraging his background in HVAC and mechanical systems. For many years, he worked independently, often partnering closely with his brother or nephew on various projects. It was in 2004 that Moore Mechanical Contracting was created and the company's first employees were hired. This pivotal moment allowed our company to tackle more work with broader scope. Today, we focus on a wide range of services, with particular expertise in handling unique and unconventional projects as well as the construction of red iron and pre-engineered metal buildings. These specialties have become core to our identity, allowing us to tackle jobs that others may find too challenging or out of the ordinary.

One of our hallmark achievements is the construction of 40,000 square feet of factory additions for Manac, North America’s leading specialty trailer manufacturer. This project, which included the largest electrical entrance ever installed for a single facility in Ameren’s southern district, is a testament to the strength and capability of our team.
